PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To update a load map information frequently at high precision by allowing easy assuring of supplier of load map information. SOLUTION: A navigation system compares the difference between a travel trajectory and a map information to acquire an update information for the map information and transmits the update information outside. An information center comprises an updating means that update a map database based on the received update information and a user database. An information transmission center transmits a prescribed information to a user. The navigation system transmits a user identifying information for specifying the user who has transmitted the update information along with the update information to the information center. The information center, when receives the update information and the user identifying information from the user, specifies a user from the user database based on the user identifying information.
