PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, generally, and two-dimensionally grasp traffic congestion information on each area by dividing a map into areas of an appropriate size and displaying the traffic congestion information on each area. SOLUTION: This traffic congestion information display system comprises both a division processing part for dividing the map 31 into a plurality of areas and a display processing part for displaying each area on the map 31 according to a display mode corresponding to the traffic congestion information on each area.
