PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small bag breaker which automatically cuts small bags, squeezes out contents such as seasoning remaining in the small bags and can separate the contents from the small bags. SOLUTION: The small bag (a) charged into a hopper (B) is rolled into the place of a cutting blade 8 by a frog drum 4 and is broken. The broken small bag (a) is received to between a rotating squeezing drum 14 and a V-belt 20 and is squeezed, thereby, the contents remaining in the small bag (a) is squeezed out and, thereafter, the small bag (a) is discharged from between the squeezing drum 14 and the V-belt 20. The contents squeezed out from the inside of the small bag (a) is collected by a receiving hopper 26 and, thereafter, is discharged from a discharge port 27 to the outside. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
