PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize protein by avoiding the coagulation of protein or protein combined with an insoluble carrier, and further to provide a measurement reagent and a standard solution that have high measurement precision and long term stability by improving stability in the solution containing the protein. SOLUTION: The stabilization method of protein and the protein containing solution allow amino acid ester and/or polyamine to coexist in a range of 10 mM-2 M in a reagent composition for containing protein and/or the protein-combined carrier. Then, the reagent is made of the solution and measures organism constituents. The standard solution is used to measure the organism constituents. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
