PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EGR valve in which a housing can be efficiently manufactured even when part of a wall surface has unevenness toward the center side. SOLUTION: A liner 3 for forming a flow passage for EGR gas is press-fit to a body 4 to be fixed for composing the housing 2 of an EGR valve. The liner 3 to be exposed to EGR gas of high temperature that is highly corrosive and the body 4 requiring mechanical strength, etc., can thus be respectively composed of optimum material having sufficient characteristics required.
