PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green house, a hovel, a carport of a garage, a roof of a terrace or the like giving good economical efficiency and workability by using a corrugated vinyl plate having a good strength because it is thick and corrugated, while a clear vinyl which is generally used for the greenhouse for agriculture is inexpensive but not durable. SOLUTION: A cross section of an arcuate steel is formed to be an M-shape. U-shaped openings are formed in the sides of M-shaped pillars so that U-shaped horizontal members may penetrate therethrough. The M-shaped pillars in an arcuate shape and U-shaped bridge members are assembled in a manner that the former are arranged vertically and the latter are arranged horizontally. A base is made to be box-like, onto which the corrugated plate is fastened with screws, and grooves of the corrugated plate are made to closely fit to the M-shaped pillars to integrate a frame and the corrugated plate.
