GRATING CRIB, METHOD OF REINFORCING THE SAME, AND REINFORCING MEMBER FOR USE IN THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely reinforce a grating crib in a manner improving not only the tensile strength thereof but also the bending strength at the intersection thereof. SOLUTION: There is provided a method of reinforcing the grating crib which includes following steps (a) to (c). In the first step (a), a reinforcing member 13 which maintains an intersection angleθat the intersection 5 of the existing grating crib 1 is set to the intersection 5. In the second step (b), a reinforcing sheet 12 larger in tensile strength than that of concrete is stuck to the outer surface of the grating crib 1. In the third step (c), the reinforcing sheet 12 is stuck to the intersection 5 of the grating crib 1 in a manner covering the reinforcing member 13 with the reinforcing sheet 12.
