PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a particle forming equipment for particle products such as medicines. SOLUTION: The method of forming particles includes a process of simultaneously introducing a vehicle containing at least one kind of substance as a solution or a suspension liquid and a supercritical fluid into a particle forming vessel, and the temperature and pressure are controlled in such a manner that dispersion and extraction of the vehicle are performed substantially at the same time by means of the action of the supercritical fluid. A nozzle used for the particle products by means of such a method, the equipment for implementing the method and the equipment for simultaneously introducing the fluids into the particle forming vessel is also disclosed.
