PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems in conventional guide hole-utilizing crushers that the distances between the respective rotationally moving fulcra of crushing arms are heretofore narrower than the spacing between the two guide holes drilled in a concrete structure and therefore the forces to be exerted on the inner walls of the guide holes by the beak-like projections at the respective front ends of the crushing arms do not act perpendicularly on the inner walls of the guide holes and that such impairs a crushing effect, and to solve the problems of vibration and noise in crushing work. SOLUTION: The crusher is constituted of a mounting device to a hydraulic excavator, a frame having means for driving the crushing arms, and a pair of the crushing arms attached pivotally and rotationally movably to the frame so as to be opened and closed by the driving means. The concrete structure is previously drilled with the two guide holes and the respective front ends of the pair of the crushing arms are inserted into the two guide holes. The front ends of the pair of the crushing arms are adapted to crush the concrete structure between the two guide holes when the front ends are brought closer to each other and are closed. Also, the crusher is constituted so that the distance between the respective fulcra of the pair of the crushing arms are so formed as to be made equal to the distance between the two guide holes drilled in the concrete structure.
