PURPOSE: A pin assembly for hanging a wire rope is provided to simply and quickly transfer materials with the wire rope by preventing the wire rope from coming off by external force after the wire rope is inserted into a pin mounting hole formed at the materials as a large-sized backup roll and by automatically coming off the wire rope from the pin mounting hole if the wire rope droops down. CONSTITUTION: A pin assembly for hanging a wire rope is composed of a pin body(10) including a permanent magnet(12) at one end, a wire rope hanging groove(15) at the outer peripheral surface of the other end, and a through-hole longitudinally formed in the center; a pestle pin(20) inserted and mounted to the through-hole of the pin body to slidingly move and passed through with an air hole(26) in the center; a spring(30) for supplying elastic force to protrude one end of the pestle pin to one end of the pin body; a pulling bar(28) installed to the other end of the pestle pin to pull the pestle pin in the direction of contracting the spring; and a rotary stopper(50) for freely slide-moving the pestle pin along the through-hole of the pin body or cutting off the slide-moving of the pestle pin. |
