After that, a thrust member (10) is installed in a lower end portion of the inner periphery (7c) of the housing (7), positioning at a predetermined position, and fixed by ultrasonic welding. When ultrasonic vibration is applied to the lower end portion of the housing (7) as the portion is being pressed to the outer periphery of the thrust member (10), the joint face of the housing (7) is melted and fixed to the thrust member (10).
