<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power interruption detection circuit which gives an alarm when an abnormal power interruption occurs in a device. <P>SOLUTION: According to the power interruption detection circuit 1, a voltage monitoring circuit 7 monitors the power voltage of the device. When a power interruption occurs in the device and reduces the power voltage to a level lower than a specific voltage, the voltage monitoring circuit 7 sends out a signal which makes a control circuit 8 turn on a second relay 5. When a power switch 3 of the device is off, a first relay 4 interlocked with the switch 3 becomes off, resulting in no alarm output from the control circuit 8. Contrary to that, actuation of the power switch 3 turns on the first relay 4 to supply power from a capacitor 9 to the control circuit 8, which sends the alarm to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
