<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power sensor or a electric power monitor which can measure electric power for both AC and DC which is not seen in the conventional electric power sensor, and measure effective power in the case of frequency variation and non-sinusoidal wave. <P>SOLUTION: Structure of an electric transducer by this invention performs voltage detection with a needlelike electrode, performs current detection with a magnetic circuit having opening and shutting mechanism, and performs electric power operation with a Hall element in the magnetic circuit. Electronic circuits and an output display necessary for the operation have unitary structure, so that power supply can be detected and measured without disconnecting an electric supply cable at an arbitrary portion of an active line during electric power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
