<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amusing electronic apparatus by allowing the character of a virtual life body or a living being within a screen to go out freely so as to behave approximately to the human society. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic appliance 1 is provided with a display part 9, a storage part 3 which stores the image of the character of the virtual life body or the living being and the images of the characters of other virtual life bodies or virtual living beings displayed on the display part 9, a transmission and reception circuit 11 for communication or speech by radio with a base station or another electronic appliance, an operation part 7 for performing the transmission operation of going-out information of the character on the virtual life body or the virtual living being, and a controller 2 for performing control for displaying the image of the character of the virtual life body or the virtual living being read out from the storage part on the display device and control of the transmission and reception circuit.
