PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the outflow or fraudulent use of information delivered from a network to an information user and eliminate the threat of the security of the user terminal of a valid user by information access. SOLUTION: On the premises of encrypted communication, authentication is reinforced by using information such as a certificate used in the encrypted communication for user authentication. In order to simultaneously realize data protection and terminal security, the partial or entire copy and printing of the information is limited by use of a component inaccessible to a local resource operated in a general browser to perform the data protection.
