PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new regenerated tile utilizing a loop fiber structure of a surface in which a carpet has as loop interlocking pieces of a hook-and-loop faster without cutting down a carpet layer by reversing a front face and a rear face because the carpet layer on the surface of a used tile carpet is damaged and stained due to long time use but a synthetic resin layer of the rear face is still strong, and to provide its construction method. SOLUTION: After (A) the face fastener of the side having hook-like biting pieces from among the face fasteners is directed upward to be adhered to a floor bed, (B) the decoration layer of the reproduction tile forming the decoration layer on the surface of a resin lining layer in the used tile carpet having the loop carpet face is made a surface side, and the carpet face is made a rear face side. The regenerated tile is fixed on the floor bed by utilizing the carpet face as the side having the loop interlocking pieces of the hook-and-loop fastener. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
