PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optoelectronic apparatus in which a structure without applying stress to the adhering part between a flexible wiring board and an external terminal even when the board is twisted is realized to decrease displacement and prevent peeling of the adhering part, conductivity failure and squeezing of the adhesive. SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with: an optoelectronic panel 50 having a pair of first substrate 51 and a second substrate 52, an optoelectronic material held between the first substrate 51 and the second substrate 52, and an external terminal 51b disposed on at least either the first substrate 51 or the second substrate 52; a wiring member 56 electrically connected to the external terminal 51b; and a mount 40 which leads the wiring member 56 and houses the optoelectronic panel 50. The mount 40 has a housing recess 41 to house the optoelectronic panel 50 and has a reserving groove 42a to reserve an adhesive in a supporting part 42A which is formed in the recess 41 and supports the optoelectronic panel 50.
