PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a conventional blind signal separating method requires complicated calculation and produces a not negligible error in approximating the calculation since complicated statistics of degree three or higher are used to make output signals statistically independent and a problem in which an approximation error can not be neglected in a method for approximation with the product of momentary values according to statistics of degree two based upon a set average at each time. SOLUTION: A set of linear operations for making mutually non-correlative output signals obtained by dividing a plurality of observation signals in which a plurality of nonstationary source signals are linearly mixed into blocks of each constant time and applying linear operations (separate matrix C) to observation signals of each of the divided blocks is found, and a linear operation obtained as a common part of the found set of linear operations is applied to the observation signals to separate a desired source signal from the plurality of observation signals.
