摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control module that can be driven by a single power supply of a low voltage and is reducible in size, regarding the drive system of the temperature module. SOLUTION: In the pulse period of a PWM control signal generated by a PWM (pulse width modulation) control circuit, the temperature control module includes a boosting control circuit that boosts an output voltage of a power supply, two first-polarity active elements, two second-polarity active elements that are connected to the two first-polarity active elements in a totem-pole manner via a smoothing circuit, and a temperature control element arranged between connecting points of the first-polarity active elements and the second-polarity active elements. The temperature control module is further constututed by being provided with a bridge circuit that makes conductive one of the two second-polarity active elements according to the logical level of a heating/cooling selection signal by receiving an output of the boosting control circuit, and controls the direction of a current fed to the temperature control element according to the logical level of the heating/cooling selection signal.
