PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low loss high frequency circuit in which a loss of a high frequency circuit is reduced and the space is saved by electrically connecting a microstrip line high frequency circuit component and an air line high frequency circuit within the air line high frequency circuit. SOLUTION: In a low loss high frequency circuit 10, a microstrip line high frequency circuit component 13 and an air line high frequency circuit 15 are electrically connected in a hollow portion 23 of the air line high frequency circuit 15, such that the power loss is reduced between the microstrip line high frequency circuit component 13 and the air line high frequency circuit 15. Further, the space is not required for housing a coaxial line as an interface between the microstrip line high frequency circuit component 13 and the air line high frequency circuit 15, such that the space is saved.
