PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield case for easily realizing a sure electromagnetic shield, and to provide a shield structure, and a method for manufacturing the shield case. SOLUTION: The shield case 1 is used for shielding an electromagnetic wave of electronic equipment mounted on a cellular phone, for instance. The shield case 1 is composed of a cover body 3 which is a planar plate, and a wall plate 5 formed on one face of the cover body 3. The cover body 3 consists of a metal plate such as copper or aluminum, and the wall part 5 consists of a conductive elastomer. The conductor elastomer is a material having conductivity and elasticity, and can employ a conductive silicone adhesive or a conductive adhesive such as a conductive epoxy resin.
