PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction device using an organic solvent for a moisture-containing sample, and capable of efficiently extracting, by the solvent, an objective constituent from the sample containing moisture. SOLUTION: This extraction device uses a Soxhlet extraction apparatus having an organic solvent storage vessel; a sample extraction tube linked to the organic solvent storage vessel; and a reflux condenser linked to the sample extraction tube. The extraction device has an organic solvent recovery vessel connected to the organic solvent storage vessel through a linking tube, and an organic solvent suction device connected to the organic solvent recovery vessel, and one end of the linking tube has an opening part of the tube on the bottom part in the organic solvent storage vessel.
