PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive sensor that can be realized by a simple means through the improvement of a sensor 10 for measuring a force 20. SOLUTION: A first closed volume 100 and a second closed volume 200 are provided, a pressure diaphragm 50 is provided, a pressure of the first closed volume 100 is adapted to act on a first surface of the pressure diaphragm 50, and a pressure of the second closed volume 200 is adapted to act on a second surface of the pressure diaphragm 50. A force 20 acts on a force diaphragm 22, a pressure within the first volume 100 is made so as to be independent of the force 20 that acts on the force diaphragm 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
