PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly gas cooking stove capable of operating according to a user's intention wishing to maintain combustion of a burner after execution of forcible extinction operation by detection of an overheat state. SOLUTION: A control means H executes heating power adjustment operation for adjusting a fuel gas supply amount to the burner on the basis of command information by a heating power command means during the combustion of the burner, and executes the forcible extinction operation for forcibly stopping supply of a fuel gas to the burner when detecting forcible extinction cause in a state that extinction is not commanded by an ignition extinction command means. A reignition command decision means H deciding whether an ignition command by the ignition extinction command means is a reignition command after the execution of the forcible extinction operation or not is provided. When the reignition command decision means H decides that the ignition command is the reignition command, the control means H executes reignition heating power adjustment operation for adjusting reignition heating power of the burners 1, 3 after execution of ignition operation by the reignition command to heating power decided correspondingly to the forcible extinction cause.
