PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new three-sided adhesion preventive tape, a hat type joiner, and an exterior-material joint structure, which allow the expansion and contraction of a sealing material by preventing the adhesion of the sealing material in a joint section between sealing materials and the hat type joiner. SOLUTION: In the three-sided adhesion preventive tape (5) installed on the external surface of the projecting section (31) of the hat type joiner (3) for preventing a contact with the metal joiner (3) mounted on the joint section between the adjacent sheathing materials in the expansion and contraction of the sealing material (4) of the sealing material (4) filled to the joint section, the tape (5) has a cohesion capable of peeling the tape from the external surface of the projecting section (31) of the joiner (3) by the expansion and contraction of the sealing material (4).
