PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered article having different properties between a thin wall part and the thicker part than it. SOLUTION: The sintered article 101 is provided by sintering a green compact 111 of a raw powder 20. The sintered article 101 has the thin wall part 103 with a thickness of less than 0.6 mm and the thicker part than the thin wall part 103. The raw powder 20 includes a coarse powder 21 with large diameters and a fine powder 22 with small diameters, wherein the coarse powder 21 is an Fe powder, and the fine powder 22 is an Fe<SB>3</SB>P powder. The thin wall part 103 contains a fewer ratio of the fine powder 22. Then, the thin wall part 103 has toughness and hardly causes crack because of less phosphorus content, and the rest containing more phosphorus has desired hardness due to being densified.
