PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strengthening construction of a clutch belt hub in a cold air compressor for car and its production method. SOLUTION: A target for strengthening a product construction and structure is obtained by cold-forging a material with a special die. A primary model pressure-formation is performed to a steel core material with the die and the volume needed to a metal core material is newly secured. The outline, outer shape and thickness of the material are initially changed and successively, in the primary cold-forging, a hole-shape is pressure-formed to a shaft part. Further, in a secondary cold-forging, the upper part of the original plate is forge-extended to form the hub-state and lastly, the special forge-formation is performed to the hub side part to form a V-shaped groove which can hold V-shaped belts in the side edge part.
