HOLLOW SYNTHETIC WOODY MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow synthetic woody material making a light weight, preventing deteriolation in strength and improving a close adhesion between the inside wall and a foamed body. SOLUTION: Figure 3 exhibits a hollow woody synthetic material 2 and a cross-sectional drawing cutting the material 2 in the shorter direction. The material is provided with a linear projection part 8 on the upper side of the body and a channel part 7 on the under side thereof. The inside of the hollow synthetic woody material 2 is divided into some numbers (three in the Fig.) of a hollow part by a rib 10. The material 2 is improved in a strength and a heat insulation by filling a urethane resin foam 9 into the hollow parts. An uneven part 13 is formed on the surface of a wall along an extrusion direction (a longitudinal direction). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
