PURPOSE: A waste incinerating system is provided to prevent damage of an exhaust fan by restricting load to the exhaust fan, to minimize stop of the system by preventing foreign matters from being stuck to the radiating fin and the refrigerant circulating pipe, to improve cooling efficiency of the heat exchanger by putting high temperature waste gas after cooling, and to prevent environmental pollution by discharging purified exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A waste incinerating system comprises an incinerator(1) burning waste and discharging waste gas; a gravity dust collector(2) having a body(21) receiving waste gas from the incinerator and including a foreign matter discharge part, a waste gas input pipe(22) flowing vortex of waste gas down after bumping waste gas into the sidewall of the body, a coolant circulating pipe(24) vertically installed in the body to forcibly lower temperature of waste gas flowing down, and a bent discharge pipe(23) discharging downstream waste gas; a heat exchanger(3) decreasing temperature of waste gas from the bent discharge pipe of the gravity dust collector with plural cooling radiating fins; a centrifugal dust collector(5) removing foreign matters from waste gas by separating waste gas centrifugally; a neutralizing tank(6) neutralizing the oxide from waste gas from the centrifugal dust collector with lime; a filter unit(7) filtering neutralized waste gas; and an exhaust unit(4) connected to the exhaust side of the filter unit to forcibly discharge waste gas by an exhaust fan(41).
