The structure has two regions with data represented by a data feature that is stored longitudinally along a portion of a track. The regions have a microscopic transverse track dimension arranged normal to and coplanar with a longitudinal track dimension in a track plane. The regions also have a land level vertically displaced from the plane at less than 170 nanometers and from the data feature at greater than 350 nanometers.
