A stereostructure verification supporting apparatus which supports the verification of a stereostructure of a substance by verifying the validity of a three-dimensional calculated image calculated to show the stereostructure is provided with a comparative image generating section for generating a three-dimensional comparative image by matching the quality of the three-dimensional calculated image with the quality of a reference image of the substance formed by an experimental structure analysis and an image coincidence calculating section for calculating the image coincidence of the three-dimensional comparative image with the reference image of the substance.
