PURPOSE: A method for preventing the elastic plate of a vibrational speaker from deviating, an apparatus for preventing the deviation therefor and a vibrational speaker for preventing the deviation are provided to maximize the durability by effectively installing the elastic plate. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing the elastic plate of a vibrational speaker from deviating includes the steps of: elastically installing the yoke into the case(2) by an elastic plate(8); installing the vibrational plate on which the coil is installed with contacting to the magnet of the yoke; supporting the elastic plate(8) in such a way that the elastic plate(8) is prevented from deviating by insert forming the protrusion of the outside into the case(2) although the elastic plate(8) is vibrated up and down. The method is characterized in that in the protrusion of the elastic plate(8) the case(2) is supported by the hook and the hook is supported from the case(8) to the external force to draw the protrusion inside by the up and down vibrational force of the elastic plate(8), thereby preventing the deviation thereof.
