PURPOSE: A hair pin shaped book marker is provided to be detachably connected to other one or more book markers so as to enable a plurality of the book markers to be simultaneously used. CONSTITUTION: The detachable book marker comprises a hair pin shaped clip(1), and one or more marker bands(2) connected to a head of the hair pin shaped clip. In use, the book marker is inserted into a book from a tip end of the hair pin shaped clip and the marker band is attachable to a desired position of the book. The hair pin shaped clip is provided at one side thereof with a pair of gripper bars(1a,1b) to keep a scratch paper, etc. in a gap defined therein.
