PURPOSE: An apparatus for displaying city bus traveling information and living information using an electronic display board is provided to provide bus stop information and city bus traveling information and living information visually and acoustically automatically without an operation of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A power supply part(21) supplies an appropriate voltage to each part without giving overload to a generator or a storage battery installed in a city bus. A nonvolatile memory device part stores an operation program and traveling information. A living information memory device part(29) changes living information periodically. A central processing unit part(27) controls and performs operations of each circuit by the operation program. A position information receiver part(24) is controlled by the central processing unit part, and receives a position information signal transmitted from a satellite, and extracts present position coordinates and a traveling speed and a standard time. A voice signal converter part(26) is controlled by the central processing unit part and converts voice information of the traveling information memory device part into a voice signal. A terminal input/output matching part(25) changes the program and the traveling information and the living information stored in the memory device part. A temperature and humidity sensor part(32) senses temperature and humidity in the inside and the outside of the city bus. A clock generator part(22) transfers a clock to the central processing unit part and the voice signal converter part and a logic circuit part(30). And a reset generation part(23) initializes its operation.
