<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an access configuration of a storage means storing header information or header conversion and a storage means storing a specific cell. SOLUTION: A same storage means 15 is used for a storage means storing a specific cell and a storage means storing header information for header conversion. Access contention arbitration means 17, 18 apply contention arbitration among an access request of the storage means by buffering means 11-14 buffering a specific cell extracted by a specific cell extract means 10, an access request of the storage means by a header conversion means 16 converting a header of a received cell, and an access request of the storage means by control means 19, 20 setting or releasing header information and extracting and processing the specific cell stored in the storage means. Then the access to the storage means by a means relating to the accepted access request is executed.</p> |
