PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluororesin based sheet having both of excellent mechanical characteristics and sliding characteristics and consisting essentially of an aromatic polyamide pulp and a fluororesin, a sheet laminate and a sliding material by a simple producing step comprising a sheet-making step. SOLUTION: Aromatic polyamide pulp and fluororesin powder are dispersed in water and a flocculating agent for making disperse of the fluororesin powder unstable is added to the dispersion to fix fluororesin powder on the aromatic polyamide pulp and the dispersion is made into a solid and dried to afford a sheet-like material, which is then pressurized by a roll and baked to produce the objective fluororesin-based sheet having >=250kgf/cm<2> tensile strength and hardly having anisotropy of tensile strength. Plural sheets of the sheet-like material are laminated and pressurized and baked to provide the objective sheet laminate. The sliding material is produced from the fluororesin-based sheet or the laminate. |
