SOLUTION: A frequency generating means generates the frequency obtd. by changing the frequency corresponding to the selected scale according to the tilting quantity of an analog joystick when the detected tilting quantity of the analog joystick does not exist at the neutral position. A voice signal generating means generates the signal of the sound of the scale meeting the generated frequency.
