The machine is designed to remove powder from the surface of packed 3-part cans. The cans are conveyed on a roll, or in a stationary position, to the machine. See figs. 2 and 3 respectively.A star-wheel ensures a suitable distance between the cans. They are transported on a roll through the machine, conveyed by a V-belt transporter, which ensures a constant delivery speed. The cans roll directly on the flange edges to the section's divided pipe system, and are steered at the same time.The powder on the cans' surface is removed, via the blowing of dry air at high pressure through the holes, in the section's divided pipe system.The machine's function during the cleaning of the cans is characterised by:The cans roll on the flange edges directly to, and steered by, a divided pipe system section with holes. A powerful stream of air is blown through the holes in close proximity to the cans which, during the cans' rolling action, cleans the whole surface of the can of powder.<IMAGE>
