The invention further relates to a seasoning mixture that contains salt in an amount of approximately 15 to 67 wt. %, based on the weight of the seasoning mixture, in which the liquefiable agent is selected from the group consisting of hydrocolloids, gelatin, emulsifiers and carbohydrates.
