DEVICE FOR PARTIALLY REPAIRING FAULTY PIPE LINE, MAKING USE OF REAMING TUBE

PURPOSE: A device for partially repairing a faulty pipe line, making use of a reaming tube is provided to shorten the working hours by simplified work and reduce an economic loss caused by replacing a plastic pipe after digging in the ground. CONSTITUTION: A device for partially repairing a faulty pipe line, making use of a reaming tube(1) comprises the reaming tube greatly expanding by the pressure of oil injected by a hydraulic pipe; an iron pipe(2) disposed inside the reaming tube; inner iron structures(3) disposed to the edges of the reaming tube and the iron pipe and combined to the iron pipe, to prevent oil from leaking out and prevent the reaming tube from being pulled inward and entering when the reaming tube expands; and outer iron structures(4) disposed to the edges of the reaming tube, to prevent oil from leaking out by pressing the reaming tube from the outside and prevent the reaming tube from being pulled inward and entering when the reaming tube is expanded. The iron pipe has an oil injection port combined to the hydraulic pump, to supply oil to the inside of the reaming tube.
