PURPOSE: A damper is provided to prevent an insertion of wastes into an operating portion or other space portions of the damper by installing a rake. CONSTITUTION: Screens are installed inside a frame. A chain wheel(14) is installed on the frames to transfer the power of a motor. A chain(13) is arranged on the chain wheel. Many rakes(12) are installed in the chain at regular intervals. Trashes are collected by moving the chain through the power of the motor. A space portion is formed by installing a transferring portion such as a conveyer. Thereby, dirt is automatically collected when water is overflowed.
