PURPOSE: A composite panel for construction is provided to have excellent adiabatic and waterproof effects and to reduce noise by absorbing an impact sound added on a composite panel. CONSTITUTION: The composite panel(A) for construction comprises the steps of applying adhesives on one side of a composite hollow panel(1), arranging/adhering many face tiles(8) on the upper part, and attaching a foaming polyethylene sheet(9) on the surface of an opposite composite hollow panel(1) using adhesives. Wherein the composite hollow panel(1) contains many partitions(2) formed vertically in a space between front and rear surface layers, a hollow(3) formed between the partitions(2), a retreated groove(5) and a projection(6).
