PURPOSE: A stack for recovering waste heat energy is provided to improve the manufacturing efficiency of the stack and to uniformly maintain the clearance of a water storage space formed between inner and outer tubes in spite of external impact by installing plural reinforcing rods at regular intervals in the water storage space. CONSTITUTION: In a stack for recovering waste heat energy, inner and outer tubes(10,20) made of metal are installed with predetermined clearance. A water storage space(30) is formed between the inner and outer tubes. A water-discharging pipe(21) and a water-admitting pipe(22) are installed to the outer tube, to use warm water in the water storage space from the outside. A reservoir(40) is installed to the upper part of the outer tube, to supply water to the water storage space. The inner tube is formed by welding more than one cylindrical tube body(10a,10b). Plural reinforcing rods(11) are intermittently installed to the outside of the inner tube at regular intervals. The outer tube, formed by welding more than one cylindrical tube body(20a,20b), is installed to the outside of the reinforcing rods, to form the water storage space between the inner and outer tubes.
