OUTPUT SIGNAL CONTROL METHOD IN BASE STATION OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An output signal control method is provided to control an output signal in a remote wireless unit in the case of receiving data transmitted for synchronous digital hierarchy or in the case of that an optical line connected between a main unit and a remote wireless unit has a problem. CONSTITUTION: An output signal control method comprises a step of restoring clocks of a remote wireless unit(20) and performing a synchronization of a main unit(10) and the remote wireless unit, when a power is applied to the remote wireless unit; a step of cutting off the output signal in a digital transmission path before the signals of the data received for the clock restoring are converted into analog signals; a step of receiving information for network management in case where transmission errors have occurred in the transmission line and abnormal operations have occurred in the base station system; and a step of stopping cutting of output signal upon completion of clock restoring, and performing a communication process for transmitting wireless channel data to a mobile terminal.
