PURPOSE: Provided are a method for manufacturing a meat cutlet product using pork, beef, chicken and fish, curry rice and frying powder(premix), and a structure of the meat cutlet product. Therefore, a consumer easily and conveniently takes the manufactured meat cutlet simultaneously with curry. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a meat cutlet product comprises: a meat layer(102) formed by crushing beef, port, chicken or fish and molding it in a specified form under pressure; a frying powder layer(103) formed by coating frying powder on the surface of the meat layer; a main wall part(104) formed by the edge of a meat cutlet(101) laminating the frying powder layer; a curry rice layer(111) mixed with curry and rice to be laminated within the main wall part; and a sauce layer(121) laminated on the surface of the curry rice layer.
