PURPOSE: An aquatic shooting apparatus to shoot, making use of a shock-absorbing arrow is provided to freely enjoy various kinds of aquatic shooting sports or games by connecting a fishing line to the shock-absorbing arrow and applying the shock-absorbing arrow connected to the fishing line to a TBTDW(Target and Buoy-Transferring Device on the Water). CONSTITUTION: An aquatic shooting apparatus to shoot, making use of a shock-absorbing arrow comprises the shock-absorbing arrow, a buoy-transferring device on the water, and a target-transferring device on the water(150). The shock-absorbing arrow is formed by applying a compression spring and a first piston rod or a tension spring and a second piston rod, and a projectile end line sliding unit to the inside of an arrow-shaped projectile as a shock-absorbing device. In the buoy-transferring device on the water, front and rear rotating plates of a disk shape forming bearing shafts are arranged on the water at a predetermined distance, and a buoyant belt adhered and connected to right and left connectors(107) is fastened to belt grooves of the front and rear rotating plates, to enable rotation. A buoy or a buoyancy target is connected to the connector by a moving rod. A target is disposed on a floating body at a predetermined angle. In the target-transferring device on the water, first front and rear rotating plates(157,153) of a disk shape formed to first bearing shafts are disposed on the water at a predetermined distance, and a first buoyant belt(156) adhered and connected to right and left connectors is fastened to first belt grooves of the first front and rear rotating plates. A fixing body(169) of a first floating body(168) connected to the connector is inserted in a fixing groove of the first rear rotating plate and a separation-preventing device(158) is formed to the first front rotating plate.
