PURPOSE: An active matrix type electro-optical device and an electronic device to prevent the interference of light by a contact hole are provided to prevent the interference of a reflective light from an optical reflection film. CONSTITUTION: An optical reflection film(8a) is formed in a contact hole(5d). Positions of the contact hole and a light diffusion concavo-convex pattern(8g) differ per pixel. The contact hole electrically connects a drain electrode(6b) with a pixel electrode(9a). The light diffusion concavo-convex pattern is formed in the surface of the optical reflection film by a concavo-convex forming film(13a).
