PURPOSE: A flickering method of a turn signal lamp in a vehicle is provided to maintain the original brightness and to previously prevent car accidents by extending the life of the lamp and preventing the change of the brightness. CONSTITUTION: An existing lamp inside a turn signal lamp is removed. An LED(Light Emitting Diode) of high brightness is alternated. An existing flickering device inside a vehicle is removed and an invented flickering device is alternated. The invented flickering device is turned off after double flickering at one second. Then the invented flickering device is flickered twice at one second after 0.7 second. Thereby, the visual effect and the light reacting speed are improved and the life is extended semi-permanently.
