PURPOSE: A tong staple for binding reinforcing bars is provided to reduce the cost required by shortening a period of works for binding reinforcing bars, and to improve the construction quality by heightening the binding strength of reinforcing bars using soft steel wires. CONSTITUTION: The tong staple for binding reinforcing bars comprises the steps of forming one-way grooves on both ends, bonding an anti-separation pipe(2) which is formed by folding a thin steel plate in a quadrangle to one end to cover up the ends, and forming the other end in to be pointed by reducing the width of an end to interpose easily.
