PURPOSE: A crane system for a clean room is provided to minimize pollution to the use of a hoist by minimizing the generation of pollutant sources in the clean room demanding highest cleanness and to reduce the defective ratio of goods produced and handled in the clean room and improve the quality. CONSTITUTION: A crane system for a clean room is composed of a stainless guide plate attached to a guide rail(210) contacted with a traveling wheel or a stainless cover covering the guide rail to minimize dusts generated by friction in moving the traveling wheel and secure smooth transfer; a teflon pad mounted to the whole surface of the guide rail and a post(200) to prevent paint from being peeled off; a wire made from stainless and formed into a surface contact/friction but not a point contact/friction to minimize the friction with a drum; and a dust attaching wheel for immediately absorbing and removing dusts generated at the end of a hoist(10). The drum is made from stainless and the surface is EP-treated to suppress the generation of dusts. The traveling wheel is made from synthetic resin materials as urethane and MC nylon for repressing abradability and dusts. |
